After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation for your records. Please contact us as soon as possible using the information below if you need to make any changes to your order. Be sure to review your confirmation email for the expected ship date of your items.
Upon receipt of your confirmation email, your order will be processed. All items offered are custom decorated. As such, each item requires a set amount of production days. This information is located on each product page in the Description & Specification areas. If you have a Firm In-hands date or an event, please provide that information in the Special Instructions box at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Once your order has been produced, we will ship it out to you using the shipping method you selected during the order checkout process.
Please refer to the item description for detailed information on production times. This can be found in the "Specification" box on the left side of each item's page.

The standard production time is 7 days. However, individual item production times may vary. Once an order is produced, it will ship using the delivery method specified at checkout. It is important to note that transit time is always in addition to production time. For customers shipping to locations outside of the European Union: Your order may require additional days in transit for any applicable customs and duties processing as required in your country.
